We specialize in industrial properties. Joe and his team exclusively work with industrial properties such as warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities, food processing facilities, and outside storage yards. There is no dabbling in other forms of real estate such as residential, office, retail, or multi-family. We are an industrial focused group and we know that space better than anyone in the GTA.

Real world corporate experience. Joe didn't enter the world of commercial real estate right out of university. That's a good thing. He has 15+ years of real world corporate experience at the leadership level, acquired before he started making his name in the commercial real estate world. That lived experience helps him to see the world through the eyes of his clients, who are often executives and business leaders. He's been in their shoes.

Work directly with the dealmakers. At many other large commercial real estate firms, there is often a very clear hierarchy and bureaucracy between the senior brokers and their very junior colleagues who are often right out of school and with very little experience. These teams tend to delegate much of the client-facing work - property tours, property searches, offer composition, landlord interaction - to these junior staff, which means the service to the client is often not at the level it needs to be. With Joe and his team, you only interact directly Joe and other very senior brokers who are on the project. We take direct ownership of our client relationships and we value that interaction immensely.
