Joe studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Toronto and holds a Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
Before moving into brokerage, he spent more than 15 years in corporate roles spanning strategy, business development, regulatory affairs, contracts, and leadership. That experience shapes the questions he asks and the way he approaches a property assignment.
His work centres on industrial occupiers, owners, and investors across Toronto and the GTA. From the first discussion, the focus is on understanding the business requirement and translating it into a practical property strategy.
