Information you choose to share
Contact and recruitment forms request your name, email address, and message. You may also provide your company, phone number, and property requirements. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate the services you request.
Storage and service providers
When configured for live operation, website enquiries are stored in the website’s database and may be sent to the designated recipient through an email delivery provider. The website uses Cloudflare Workers for application hosting, Cloudflare D1 for database storage, and Cloudflare R2 for images. Providers may process information outside Canada.
Saved searches and browser storage
Saved property searches are stored in your browser on your device. They do not create an account or subscribe you to email alerts. You can remove them using the controls on the property search page or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Your choices
Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted, call 647-385-7355 or use the contact form. Do not include sensitive financial or identity documents in the enquiry form.
Technical services
Interactive maps request map tiles from OpenFreeMap. Web fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. These services receive the connection information needed to deliver their content. No advertising tracker or analytics service is included in this build.
